"i chose this hotel with much desire for a heated pool and hot tub. the heaters were broken on both which was disappointing. this wasnt our ideal location nor our price point but we did it anyway to enjoy hot tub and pool :-(. we did find the location was nice, room clean and midern, staff excellent. So to find one at $200 per night was the cheapest that looked decent from photos. Upon arrival, the evening clerk (Darryl), greeted us and was not particularly friendly. "The pool was full of leaves, very small. Breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly. We found an occasional ant in our bathroom, the staff took care of it immediately. We did not have cleaning service one day which may have contributed to the ant issue."

"Kitchen stove was not working, Room had other peoples clothes as if they didn't clean before our coming. There was supposed to be a “no smoke” zone and they allowed smoking. Our sink had a leaking pipe. The microwave was super dirty. bed were smaller than what described. And the costumer service was horrible. For the price, it was not worth it."

"The complimentary breakfast was nice, but it was exactly the same every day. For example, to vary the breakfast sausage with bacon would be appreciated. For those of us staying several days, we need variety. Also there was no wastebasket in the bedroom. There was one in the bathroom, but the main room should have had one too. There was a recycling basket in the main part, yes, but no waste basket where we needed one most. Other than these complaints, the La Quinta Inn was conveniently located...
