"I had a terrible 8-day stay at Maple Tree Inn during a business trip.
As a professional working at Google, reliable internet access is critical. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in my room was completely dysfunctional throughout my entire stay. I flagged this issue to the front desk multiple times, and they maintained their response of "during days of peak occupancy, our wifi can sometimes break down".
For a hotel that primarily caters to a tech-based clientele in the Bay area, this is unacceptable....

"I wanted to stay at this hotel for a while and I did.
Don't ask questions, just go there and love it.
Staff went beyond the beyond, the front desk guy, John was sooo nice, helped without a question or request, open the door , I stay in a ton of hotels and these people, AWESOME. Really, one of a kind
When you go there and love it say thank you to John from me, was in room 323.

"I liked everything about this little one story hotel in Los Gatos. Perfectly located on Main Street, I was close to everything. The room was spacious and I had booked a room with a full kitchen, which was clean and set up with everything I needed. A separate little space had a desk and dining table. I love to hike and there is a trailhead just a couple minute walk away that can connect you to miles of beautiful hiking. Traveling alone, I felt very safe in this gated property with an outdoor area...

"Thing i have to say is.
Pool says 8am-10pm
First night. They told us pool was closed at 8pm when sign says 10pm and it was 745pm
Next mornings 930am said pool closed she is the only one there and have to wait for someone else comes in.
When talk to another staff. They didnt know what to do.
They said we could have a late checkout at 1pm. Told us all set. We were locked out of room at 1130am. Person never put in computer."

"The staff was top notch helpful, kind and understanding. Breakfast was great, parking was easy and the pool was clean and quiet. We had a wonderful stay. The rooms are perfect size for 1-3 people but if your traveling with a family I would suggest reserving two rooms."

For some reason I had toilet paper in the toilet before I could even use it -- a little distressed by this oversight but I am choosing to see it as that given the holiday period I stayed and not a systemic issue.
