Room was not advertised the same as it was on holiday inns website. Was expecting 2 beds and only received 1 bed and a couch.
After nearly 2 hours of waiting online for Expedia as the online messaging portal is a joke, I was told they are booked and to try another hotel.
But hotel was going to charge for one night if I canceled."
