"The staff were very attentive, helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Self service breakfast had a huge choice however, hot drinks service was a little hit & miss! Us brits like our tea, so how this is served could be improved for example - hot water/tea bags in a teapot for one/or two rather than in a very small cup!
