"Wow. Wasn’t expecting this excellent level of service — better than most places we have ever stayed. VIP room wasn’t huge but bed and view and bathroom (fab soaker tub) were top notch. And believe everything you read in reviews about the breakfast buffet. OMG — literally 50 choices Rooftop restaurant and poolside bar were great. And SOOO close to wonderful sights in Heraklion, like the archaeology museum and the ancient technology museum and the Venetian fort. The staff are wonderful too...

"We absolutely LOVED this hotel stay! From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed to know about our stay and the island. The hotel provided transport to and from the Mykonos Port at no cost! The best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. The hotel was stunning! Everything was super clean and very aesthetically pleasing. The food at the hotel was so good we only went out to eat once lol. Pretty affordable for the island. We can’t wait to come back!!!...

"Such a delightful place to stay! Really beautiful property with a great view. Location is perfect, it’s a super quick walk to fira’s main square. Loved my room it was comfortable and spacious, with a very nice bathroom. Felt incredibly safe my entire stay here. The hotel also has laundry service, which was very convenient, and a nice breakfast service that’s delivered to your room. The staff here is great, it seemed to be family run(or at least partly) and they were all genuinely lovely people....

"Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and our room was clean. The hotel complex was great-pools was big enough and there were enough sun lounges. The beach opposite wasn’t very nice and the direct surroundings weren’t either. Just a short walk away from a shop, restaurants and better beaches. Overall a great holiday."

"They were very nice here. My mom and I came in with a trillion pieces of luggage and terror from driving in the HER streets, ha, and the nice guy there parked our car for us (and took it out the next day) and helped with everything. Rooms were great, staff was nice, breakfast was delicious. Wonderful stay. "

"Hotel was excellent all around, nice pool with view of ocean, room and balcony great view , clean and neat, housekeeping came in every day, owners were very friendly and helpful….. provided maps and insights into sights to visit…… Quiet and location to port, center , and some great beaches were close…… I will return…… never had a chance to sample restaurant( hotel was closing for season)……… I recommend without reservation….
