"We booked our room at Lango last minute and weren’t really sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by what a lovely place it was and how kind the staff was. We received a complimentary room upgrade without asking for it and we were really grateful. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were delicious and the service was quite good. We were, however, quite taken aback when at checkout we were asked for a tip for the reception staff. We travel internationally quite often and have never been put in this situation. It made it seem that the kindness shown to us by the front desk staff was only because they wanted a tip and it felt very awkward. "

"The Neptune Luxury Resort is exactly as I hoped it would be. From the friendly, and hard working, staff to amenities and beautiful grounds creating a feeling of space. My room was near the beach and was almost perfect as it had twin beds and I was a solo traveller. The room Wi-Fi was super fast and the fixtures and fittings well designed and of good quality. The bathroom was large with a rainfall shower which was powerful and easy to use. My room was cleaned perfectly everyday with no concerns about intrusive maids. The simple cards left at the rear of your front door, informing whether you were in and did not wish to be disturbed to the alternative informing you were away and would like your room cleaned is diligently followed. The beach and choice of pools are all excellent, although I spent most of my stay exploring the island each day. I did use the hotel`s gym every day and it was clean, well equipped and adequate to my training routines. A water dispenser is supplied, along with clean, fresh towels. I visited the hotel`s spa once, for a massage, and this was also worth the visit. Lovely, professional staff who listened to what I required and made the experience with their knowledge and kindness. I stayed half-board and both the breakfast and evening meal were up with the best I`ve experienced anywhere in the world. Again, staff knowledgeable and genuinely patient and kind. Check-in and check-out both professional, concise and fuss free. All in all, a great stay."

"We stayed at this hotel for a week in a refurbished twin room with balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well presented. The pool area was excellent and well maintained. A buffet breakfast was included in our room rate and the choice of breakfast options was superb, including sliced meat and cheese, various bread options, yoghurt, fruit juice, tea, coffee and preserves. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking at the hotel for cars and bicycle hire is available. Its about a 30 minute walk to Dolphin Square and the centre of Kos town and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within 10 minutes of walking. All in all, this is an excellent hotel and I'd certainly go back again."

"easy to access from Kos Port (bus stops right outside & runs 3/4hourly (except 2-4pm). efficient, friendly knowledgeable reception team, impressive public areas with high ceilings & quality furnishings in good condition. 3 lifts in main building, all working, airy clean corridors modern room, well maintained ( a bath tub! yippee ). balcony with quality table & 2 chairs. I booked HB & both breakfast and dinner which were good with “tired” dishes regularly replaced. thoroughly recommended "

"Enjoyed a 7 night break in September. The hotel is incredible if you want to really relax. This hotel is for you if you want to well and truly switch off. Kos town only 15 mins walk away too if you wanted to get out and about. "
