"There was hair in my bathroom that remained for my entire stay. The only negative thing would be to sweep/ mop better. Otherwise a great stay and would stay again. Also, parking could be better."

"I think the breakfast could be a whole lot better. The 3rd floor had a smell like poop everyday. The location is behind a truck stop and it one way in and one way out. Other than that it’s a nice a hotel."

"I requested a pool view but was refused, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The floor and toilet was dirty, the towels were old and worn out. Not impressed and will not be staying there again. The balcony was bare with concrete flooring and there was only a shower instead of bath and shower. Very disappointed!!"

"I was overcharged based on their website which showed $80-90.00 per night, we paid $200.00 per night, plus parking fees. No water in the room, no breakfast available and the place is under renovations which is loud, dusty and inconvenient. I’m 80 years old and for a full day I had to climb 4 floors up because of elevator service. A terrible experience and I would like someone to address that with a credit that is fair."
