"Great airport hotel, nice size rooms, clean and comfy. Newly renovated rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice bar with great pizza! We were a little nervous, with the first come first serve shuttle basis with a large group waiting before us however, it is almost a small bus and takes quite a few people."

"I mistakenly booked a room with accessibility. I did not find this room well-maintained and it wasn’t appealing. I requested to move to another room without accessibility. The staff was understanding. My new room was a lot better - well maintained and I felt very comfortable. However, both rooms did not have body lotion and the shampoo and conditioner were just ok.
I had two breakfasts and it was good that they are a little different from each other, e.g. scrambled eggs on one day and egg and...

"The carpet is very old, and the staff were unhelpful. When I asked to borrow a luggage scale, room service told me to go to the front desk, but they said the hotel didn’t have one. It would’ve been easier to weigh my luggage at the airport. The staff’s attitude was not friendly at all"

"I paid for 9 days stay and realized after three days my room was not cleaned at all. When i reported the situation to the management they said, we clean long stay rooms evert other day. I was shocked. I never hear something like this. They tried to make it up for me and send me a food basket to my room and offered a coke. Besides that, it is a clean hotel. Service is very friendly and helpful. If i come again i will choose the same hotel again"

"El sofá cama es incomodísimo, se sienten los resortes, como si fuera un catre barato y es individual.
Te ofrecen habitación para 4, pero en realidad solo pueden dormir 3 en una king size y el catre.
Otros hoteles sí tienen sofás cama matrimoniales y cómodos. Pésimo punto para un hotel de cadena Hyatt"

"The coffee and the carrot soup at the restaurant were first rate.
The room however, would be right at home at Value Village. Shoddy paint job. Goodwill stick-leg furniture. Looked like it was put together randomly, nothing matched anything else, and the cost of the room certainly didn't match expectations associated with either Sheraton or Marriott. I've stayed in hundreds of them, and this was the poorest attempt at decor I've seen."
