Ottimo soggiorno

Hotel molto carino e ben situato nei pressi di una baia dove il mare è molto bello e pulito. Il personale dell’albergo è molto cortese e soprattutto una nota di elogio va al direttore che è sempre presente, a qualsiasi ora del giorno, persona disponibile e molto attenta al buon andamento della struttura accontentando le esigenze di ogni cliente.

L'hotel è molto bello, anche le camere sono molto belle, nuove, curate e pulite ma non funzionava l'aria condizionata e nemmeno l'aria forzata. si deve stare con le finestre aperte ma già fa molto caldo. il personale è molto cortese e disponibile.

Hotel did not have seats or umbrelas on the beach.

Hotel stuff was nice. I only have negative comments to the hotel restaurant: menu did not change for all week and the menu was puur for breakfast or dinner. Comming on the 3rd of june was not a good idea because the beach was empty for facilities, no umbrelas, no seats, nothing. When I asked where to buy more suncream or if there are more choices to eat around the reception stuf told me that I have to take taxi (30,-/40,- eur) to the Lamezia and that there is nothig else around!! They lied to me or they are made to lie to clients. The taxi driver then showed me only 500 m far from hotel small shops for suncream and more - nice cosy restaurants!!! When the hotel wants to keep clients only for themselves it is not nice and acceptable for me, especially when they offer fish dishes that I can not eat, and to have the same pizza or spagetti or chicken escalope all week - lunch or dinner who would by happy with that?? It is puur attitude of the hotel management if they make own stuff to lie!!! I thing I have right to choose and to try also other restaurants if I can not eat what they offer!!

Sono spesso ospite dell'Hotel. Questa volta l'aria condizionata era guasta in camera e pur avendo chiamato due volte il portiere, lo stesso non è riuscito a risolvere il guasto.

Prachtig hotel, dicht bij de luchthaven.

Heel mooi hotel, dicht bij de luchthaven. Prachtige kamer met groot terras. Lekker, verzorgd ontbijt. Leuk zwembad met ligzetels. Prijs/kwaliteit een echte aanrader.

Sehr gutes Hotel in toller Lage nahe zum Strand. In der Umgebung Restaurant und Gelaterie Abendessen im Hotel auch möglich. Aber leider kein Early Breakfast.

Decadent hotel with very bad services

I arrive to the hotel, asked to put the car in the garage but they told me it's not covered and that is better to leave it on the street. Fine. They give us the room access card, and when we get to the room the card doesn't work (apparently is normal) and they give us a key instead. In the room the A/C wasn't working and it was really hot, I go downstairs and ask, and the guy tells me that he's going to "open" it, ok. After a while it is still not working, now I call, they tell me the same, after a while it was extremely hot I go downstairs and they tell me the air is broken and that I should just open the balcony door for fresh air... During the whole stay it never worked and the temperature was really unconfortable. I bought some water and tried to put it in the mini fridge, and guess what? It wasn't working either inside was a bit colder than the room but it was "ambient temperature" at best, I call for that and they said they were going to send someone the next day to fix it, and of course, no one came. There are not many things nearby this hotel, so also things like getting water and such were really complicated, and they don't even provide a complimentary jar of water or anything, you have to buy it from the bar at 2€ a bottle. The food from the restaurant is not very good, I recommend eating elsewhere. Not a very good experience overall, but I also need to say that the room was very clean and tidy, and the guy from the bar and restaurant was really nice and helpful.
