"The place was horrible. They keep the front door locked because of the number of homeless people who wander in. I was told not to leave anything of value in my car because of break-ins. I felt very unsafe at that facility and did not check in. I have requested a refund for my two-night stay for reasons of fearing physical and emotional harm."

"Great stay overall. The room was very clean and spacious, and the gated parking was a big plus. The pool and hot tub area were also very nice and well maintained. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Room was ok, just kinda beat up, I think I got bit by some sort of bug, and the wifi didn't work after multiple attempts. There were a lot of homeless people outside the hotel and in it, and there was some sort of fight going on in the room above us, lots of yelling and loud noises. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, couldn't wait to get out of there! "

"The breakfast sucked. We got sausage every single day not on top of that. Their amenities were not safe to use. On top of everything else in that hotel it was dirty. It wasn’t as promised. It didn’t look as expected. There was no hot water and the bathtub. Didn’t stop when you put the stopper in. Although I was in a handicap bathroom, I could not take a bath. The handles to the spot and the swimming pool were broken, including the Jets, which would pop in your face. I almost fell on my face, and...

"Didn’t have WiFi the first week, rooms were filthy and honestly if i could’ve afford to stay somewhere else I wouldn’t have booked another week there. Horribly experience very horrible. Housekeepers didn’t clean my room while I was out working numerous times. I would never go back there ever!"

"I did not have breakfast. It is available for a $10 fee. Do not know what it consists of. The property is enclosed by a steel fence, so it was very safe. Ample parking"

"There was no kitchen in this room. The refrigerator did not work and I needed it for my diabetic needs. The extension cord was wrapped with black electrical cord near the bed. The table for our two beds was completely worn out and stained. The toilet seat was very loose. The beds are old and uncomfortable."

"While the room was very clean and staff was very friendly and kind, the pool was empty and there was old furniture in the pool area. Within minutes of arriving, we were approached in the parking lot by someone asking for money. I can tell that the new management is making changes and improving the property from what it seems like used to be a hangout for homeless. Despite this, we did not feel unsafe or like the room was dirty. "
