"Hotel is new and the facilities are also very new. We didn’t really like the service though, there is little attention to the customer (for example the staff never comes by the pool to ask if we needed a drink or snack and the bars were almost always closed which meant we had to walk down to the restaurant to get any drink). "I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff were. Despite the language barrier, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. Amanda and gentleman who I forgot his name unfortunately were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was.
