"The toilet was so high up i couldn't do a sh*t. I'm six foot tall, but when I was sat on the toilet my feet were not touching the ground. Overall, the place was pretty bleak, e.g. no mirror in the bedroom to check my outfit, only one pillow so I got neck ache in bed, no towel rail or hooks anywhere in the bathroom so couldn't hang up a towel, no hook in the bedroom to hang up a coat, no toilet roll holder. "All my confirmation information said this facility was in Edinburgh — it was in Glasgow!! When I called the person all he did was say people were happy staying there. When I explained the situation he didn’t care and he still charged me!! I spent 3 hours in Waverley station looking for an Edinburgh hotel at twice the cost and now I need to make a claim to get my money back"

"The Bothy is a great find. Intimate space ideal for a couple that would suit a small family too. Bothy was spotless. Some nice walks nearby and interesting spots a short drive away. The hot tub is really welcoming on a cold evening."
