"I booked a room here for my daughter as she had an overnight layover. After checking in at close to 11pm, my daughter had some food delivered to the hotel and she went down to the main doors to pick it up. Upon returning to her room, she found a woman with an access card entering her room. My daughter confronted her and in English replied she was house keeping and doing a room inspection. "The whole place is very nice. Breakfast was amazing and everything was easy to get to the people were so nice. Everybody was really nice. We did tours with them and they arrange everything for us. We love Paola the lady who helped clean the rooms. She was such a good person oh my God amazing. She deserve a lot of credit for our day. We loved it. She was on top of everything. The whole stuff was really nice from the hotel."

"Water spills all over the floor when showering. Very dangerous if you slip. Almost fell few times. No international sockets. This expected of 4 star hotel. There is only one in the bathroom and it did not work."
