"Hot tub and pool were nice. Out TV sound was broken, but staff brought a new TV for us and responded right away. Jackie was friendly and helpful. Don't order through Expedia though, it's way more expensive than going through the hotel directly!!"

"Worst stay ever. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the heater was not working properly. Despite the cold weather, the room never got warm enough, making the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the shower curtain and curtain rod were already broken when we arrived, which showed a lack of maintenance and attention to basic room upkeep. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort and cleanliness. I would not stay here again."

"The room offered a kitchenette, but there were absolutely no dishes or utensils. The waterpark small children’s area was over run with teenagers, our small children were unable to play in it. Pool water was very cloudy, chemicals were very off. "

"We booked our stay at this hotel and found it to be in a great location for shopping and eating. The real issue is the facilities are outdated and the place needs to be renovated. Our toilet was not mounted properly, the wall paper was poorly maintained and the overall decor of the room was extremely dated. The beach access was nice, but there needs to be better maintenance of the area and lounge chairs on the beach. We will not be staying here again in the future, unless they put some money...

"When i checked in, Receptionist Lady was rude when i complain about maintenance issue. There was another room available next to my but she did not change because of ego. we were 4 family member in room and there is no fan on washroom. it get smell whole room without fan in washroom. Instead of giving solution or better open she were rude on me. there are so many other hotels there and i would prefer to select other hotel where staff (only that Lady) was rude and maintenance issue."
