"Room was clean and staff was polite and friendly. I gave the low rating because breakfast was basically non-existent. We went at 7:00 a.m. and there was nothing there. Room needs updated. "

"Parking lot was well lighted and felt safe. A mockingbird sang his lovely song as we unloaded and walked in. What a fun greeting! We did not stay for breakfast, as we were invited to a friend's house for brunch, but the coffee was wonderful."

"Whoever was in there before me must’ve liked popcorn because the carpet still had popcorn on it, especially underneath the desk. I just cleaned it up myself and did not say anything to the front desk receptionist. Bed was clean so I guess that’s all it matters."

"Wonderful property! Our only concern was a noisy a/c unit. All of the staff were so polite and helpful! We ate breakfast at the hotel both mornings. The food and the service were excellent! We ate a light dinner at The Fox and Hound Lounge in the hotel on our first night. Great food, adult beverages and service."

"Room 305 was neat and clean. Desk clerk was helpful and courteous, although desk seemed abandoned at times. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. The overall building facility seemed not quite up to Hampton Inn quality. "

The manager, Rakesh Goswami, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of—his helpfulness truly made a difference in our stay. Our housekeeper was also exceptional, keeping everything clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I travel to Greenwood, SC on a regular basis, and after this experience, I will definitely be staying at the Rodeway Inn each time I return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay! I give it a 5 star rating for sure"
