"The decor was nice. The location was right off the interstate, which was great for us out of towners. Our handicap room was on the second floor at the very end of the hall. Which was difficult for my husband. The handicap tub/shower was just a bunch of grippers and a chair that wouldn’t fit in the tub because of the gripbars ."

"Very uncomfortable bed, could feel the springs. No ventilation in bathroom made the room very damp all the time. Mirrors outside of bathroom fogged while taking a shower. Neither AC nor heat got rid of dampness in the room. Black mold above shower. Lady taking care of breakfast was cleaning up while people were still eating, not a problem with that. However she shut the lights off in the eating area while people were finishing their breakfast. Very inconsiderate!"

"Parking was ok. Breakfast was not included but there was coffee available all day. Didn’t like the room - old decor and dark, odd bathroom door and lighting. Power went off in the middle of the night and lights would flicker as well. Had a king room and was not enough room to hang out. Raised the window treatment and it broke and couldn’t close. Reported the power and broken shade at check out."
