"Overall was good could use some different evening snacks "

"I went to the hotel for an event. The event ended up being over an hour late for VIP check-in because the hotel seemed to not even know that the event was happening. We ended up getting extra stuff from The event holder as an apology for the hotels in ability to get things together. When I checked in the girl took forever. The other person checking people in got three people in while she got me done. She was so unfriendly the only people she spoke to were staff that walked by. She handed my key to me. Didn’t say a word. after the event, we went into the bar area and was accosted by a vagrant who had been outside. He was allowed to harass the bartender while the bartender begged him to leave. No security was called or anything. Why are the doors not locked after 10 o’clock? There was nothing done at all no care for the guest and their security while this vagrant walked around begging for more alcohol. The next morning I went out the door with my dog. I saw what by I thought may have been a guest sleeping on the couch when I came back in the guest sleeping on the couch was behind the counter. I asked him do you have coffee? His reply was yes. After about 10 seconds, I asked him where it was and his reply was it’s not out yet. I packed my things and I left won’t be going back here. The room was clean. The service was horrible. The girl at the check in is in the wrong business"

"Hotel needs to be refurbished completely. Photos in website are very good in comparison with what you find when you arrive. The windows are so old, they have holes in the frame, making the room noisy. There isn't photos of the bathrooms and there's a reason for it: Small and extremely old. The lobby is a dark cavern, like someone already described, no even the name of the hotel appears anywhere . You pay for the location which is good. It's clean and the water fountain providing bottles to refill is a great idea. But, nothing else I am afraid"
