"Second time staying at this hotel for a quick getaway to SF.
Both stays were just over a week long.
The staff, particularly the gentleman working the front desk; extremely accommodating and helpful.
Housekeeping left us alone unless we asked for services to be completed.
The gentleman at the front desk had no problem waiting for my delayed bag to be delivered while I was out, and safely holding it behind the front desk until I had returned to the hotel from my outing.
Seriously reccomend...

"I always stay at this hotel when I visit San Francisco. The location is central to public Transportation and there is a near by grocery store and many great restaurants.
What really brings me back for multiple visits is the reliability of the cleanliness of the rooms. Every style of room I have stayed in (double beds, single, upgraded rooms and basic tiers) are all fantastic.
The staff here is very professional and helpful as well. They allow you drop off your baggage early before check in and...

"For the price, this was a very good stay. Location is convenient, the room was big and bright, and the bathroom was also spacious. Comfortable bed and a quiet room. The included breakfast also was decent for the price and the breakfast room is lovely. Overall decor is dated but the property seems pretty well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful"
