"Pros: you can use Hyatt Regency hotel’s amenities. The unit is roomy and on the beach, the kitchen has everything to cook a quick meal. We loved the balcony. Cons: buggies/golf carts don’t provide you any services because your unit is not associated with the hotel. One of our key cards never worked from the minute we checked in, the host knows about it. "The overall rating 4 star is just because of the location of the property. Plenty of shops, stores, eateries and walkable beachside. The property was clean but not in a good maintained order, rusty taps, mould in wet areas, chipped crockery. The host is quite responsive to your needs though. There is no pool and no rooftop accessibility in this property."

"Katie was really good. She contacted me two weeks before we flew which gives me at ease. As soon as we arrived, she was there waiting for us. I only gave it 4 star because we clearly say we are 6 people but the apartment has only 2 queen size so other person has to sleep in the couch."
