"I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"Great cottage style accommodation. Kitchen/dinner, living room with a sofa the turns into two separate single beds, bathroom with powerful shower and comfy double bed on upper floor. Tv in living room and kitchen. Great for our family of four with two teen kids. Will visit again!"

"Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

"The property was very nice, only concerns were that the stove was very slow to warm up, and with the low ceilings upstairs due to shape of property, not ideal for taller people. The area the property is situated is very nice."

"Great location to see the best parts Canterbury also parking is as convenient and essential. If you have a car in Canterbury I want only caviar I would put is if you have a big car it’s very difficult to drive out . Their accommodation is very comfortable and very easy to access with having one bedroom on the ground floor and the other bedroom upstairs both with our own bathrooms very good decor very enjoyable stay"

"On Canterbury road across from the old Sea Bathing Hospital above some shops and up a side alley. Decor getting a little tired. Steep narrow stairs. checking in a pain in the rain. Otherwise ok for a party of 4 adults."

"Unable to use hob. Hot water supply to bath poor Shower okay The description "near the sea" a bit misleading. Insufficient instructions and labelling with regard to bins and TV. Overall standard of property good and comfortable"

"Very helpful owners with parking "
