"We stayed for an overnight before catching a flight to America the next morning. Our room was very clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. We had access to the more amenities but did not take advantage of them as it was a very short stay."

The lady who checked me in was excellent and helped me plan my journey to Zegerplas the following morning (arranged bicycle rent). The restaurant staff were excellent and the food was great. The check-out team were very patient when I checked out a little late, then left something in the room."

"I have stayed at Moxy properties all over the United States and as expected the layout and quality was consistent with this location with the exception of the staff. The staff did their jobs well but they weren't personable or concerned about any issues that came up. Getting service at the front desk or bar area was like pulling teeth."

"The hotel is close to the airport but it will cost you $17 Euros to get there. The staff was ok. Front desk has us wait with no communication as to when our room would be ready. The restaurant downstairs was ok. They were under staffed and the service was underwhelming. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning was not great but it was a heatwave and there system could not handle the volume needed to cool the hotel effectively. It was ok. Nothing bad nothing great."

"The staff were great and welcoming and the room was impeccable. However, there was a small issue with breakfast where me and my partner only wanted it for one day out of the 3 nights we were staying. When we went to check out, we were told there was an outstanding balance for the breakfast (we had already paid) So I'm not sure what happened there. Overall, a lovely hotel and near by the train station and buses which was very convenient."
