"The hotel is very nice. We stayed in a heritage Victorian-style house, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We left our luggage in the car and checked in first. The staff then showed us where to park, which was very convenient and close by. However, the hotel may not be accessible for guests using wheelchairs or carrying heavy luggage, as there are around 10 stairs at the entrance."
