"I only rated this property a 4 because of the mattress, pillows and shower stall. The property is beautiful, well maintained and has stunning views! Breakfast was good and part of the room stay. A small complimentary bottle of wine is given to guests on day of arrival but there is no complimentary water. The beds were not comfortable. You could feel the wire coil springs when you lay down. The pillows are flat, so if you’re used to a soft pillow there are none. July is a very hot time of year...

"Booked two rooms through the app. Arrived after a long drive through the mountains, only to be told our reservation had been cancelled — no call, no email, no warning. The explanation was a "system error" that apparently left them unaware they had no rooms. They moved us to another hotel. Calling it a downgrade is generous — the room felt more like a hospital ward than a hotel, closer to a cell than anything we had paid for.
