"Nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes d’eau chaude pendant notre séjour. Initialement absente dans la douche, puis au lavabo. Malgré l’intervention d’un technicien, seule la douche a été partiellement réparée, avec une pression insuffisante, et le lavabo est resté sans eau chaude. Aucune solution alternative ni geste commercial ne nous a été proposé. Une situation décevante pour un établissement de ce niveau"

"This was a wonderful hotel. The welcome we received was amazing. We were early for check in, but by the time we collected our luggage, our room was ready. Immediately we were asked if we needed help for recommendations of places to eat, or see. Staff were interested in ensuring we enjoyed the area. If you have a car, do ask for one of the reserved parking spaces in the nearby parking garage at the railway station. This was a secure spot and very close to the hotel.
