"The hotel is at a perfect location in downtown Hampton and is pretty clean. However, my room #404 never got colder than 80 degrees. I went to the front desk 3 times to make them aware of this issue and all three times was told maintenance would go up and fix it. The 3rd time, they even personally called me and said they went up to the room and it was cooling down, but when I got up there after seeing the fireworks, the room was at 81 degrees. "The pool wasn’t heated even after being told it would be next day of our stay. The place was pretty good overall. Bed was pretty comfy"

"My family was displeased with the breakfast options. They are limited and lack variety. There are no vegan/plant based options for milk, yogurt or coffee creamer. When some items ran out, they weren't refilled or replaced, just removed. Coffee is only available during breakfast hours. It is conveniently located for events, shopping, going to the beach or just stopping off the highway for the night."

"They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside."

"Had a lady help me find my room which was nice. Our room was decent, no bugs or anything suspicious. Only problem was some dried pee stains on the floor of the toilet. For a last minute booking, this was good. Area felt safe too compared to others I’ve been too."
