"Surfhouse pavones is located steps from the beach allowing several surf sessions a day. There is a cafe restaurant next door with unreal smoothies. A little market right up the street has it all. The rooms at the surfhouse were clean and the kitchen has everything including a view of pavones. A lot of woodwork and art at the surfhouse and plenty of room for surfboards. The owner is laid back, accommodating and knowledgeable to make the experience unforgettable."

"Beautiful rainforest property with good birding opportunity, birds song, cicadas, and frogs, but "touristy", so the natural vibe gets ruined. It seems they cater to tour groups, so not very private or queit. Have to pay for 3 meals a day but on their schedule that's too late for serious birding and not as healthy as I'd prefer.
