"Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday. "

"Plumbing unpredictable. Without a toilet for 9 hours of the 12 we were there. Just a warning for anyone who is looking for an unaggravated means of relaxation. Management takes no accountability in a so-called bully type of demeanor. Where the customer is always right, their portion is I just can't take your word for it. Very strong odor of air freshener gave an indication upon check in that their trying to comceal a particular fonk. The room was nice in size and would have been comfortable but...

"The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. "

"It was decent. Clean. I did kill a baby roach in the bathroom lol and the hallway literally smelled like a nursing home. I’m not trying to judge or talk about anyone. I’m just leaving a review on what I experienced. I realize that people do live in Extended stays and maybe there was an elderly person living there, but it absolutely reeked of urine in the hallway."
