There is absolutely nothing around the property. Food is limited and not very good. Rooms are well maintained and staff is courteous.

Relaxation in the woods

I had a very relaxing 3 night stay when visiting the Lansdowne area. The room was comfortable, the staff were extremely kind and helpful and the food was good. My only niggles were (1) the location shown on the Hotels.com map is completely incorrect - it's 18 kms and a 40 minute drive away from the town, (2) both the hotel's card readers weren't set up for international cards - a bit of a problem when the nearest ATM is in Lansdowne! Hoepfully that's now been rectified. Apart from that, a great base for exploring the region.
