Paulo at the reception was very welcoming and helpful and he even let us into our room at 9am despite the 2pm check in time. The rooms are comfortable but note that the walls are thin and noisy neighbors are heard. One wish to the management would be to have an iron and board in the room."

"Check in was difficult for non native Spanish speakers. We got there around 11 PM and there was no one in the lobby. We were confused about what to do but we found a call box and figured out what number to call. Eventually someone came out to help us. The person checking us in didn’t seem interested in helping us with our poor Spanish. The room was fine but it did not look as nice as the listing. The location was nice.
