"We had a fantastic stay at Casa Pazos in Arbo, Pontevedra. The owners, Jay and Leanna, are incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The breakfast was delicious, made with fresh, natural ingredients, and absolutely worth it. Our room was spotless, as was the bathroom—everything was very clean and well cared for. The location is peaceful and quiet, with a spectacular view that makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind. We also really...

"Low budget accomodation and we (myself, son and daughter, both teenagers) had a lovely time here. Breakfast was rather basic but you had ham, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, muffins, fruits, baguette ...every day. Hot milk, cold milk, lactose free milk too. Kids arrived too for a holiday camp but they were well behaved and polite. We could have our breakfast in a seperate room because of that. Swimming pool was gorgeous. Really big and 1m70cm at the deepest. Was maintained every night with a cleaning...

Hostal Louro

8/10 Good

"Bit tired (as was the staff) but clean room & comfortable bed. Good for the price."

Tempus Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good

"Things I like about the hotel: The restaurant is exceptional. The breakfast while extra is good. The dinner is excellent. The food and desserts are some of the best I’ve had in Portugal. As a luso-American, I know the importance of complimenting your host’s wine, so I will say it is affordable, but I would appreciate different wine options such as one of the excellent Douro region wines or Porto. The staff is very friendly and kind. The location is also good. Areas for improvement: Having been to other four star hotels in Portugal, I have a certain expectation for the condition of the room. But I do not come from wealth, so I also try to be understanding. The hotel is mid-renovation, which is good because it is somewhat dated. The carpet in our room was stained near the door and there was damage on the lower portion of the walls. To be clear, this isn’t an un-nice hotel, but it did not meet my expectations for a four star hotel. The bar was unmanned every time we went in. However, we stayed there over the Republic Day holiday weekend, so there may have been a staffing shortage. Overall not a bad hotel, but it also does not meet my expectations for the price or star rating. A staffed bar and finishing the renovations would assuage my concerns."

Hotel Vigo Los Galeones Affiliated by Meliá

10/10 Excellent

"Excelente. Un Hotel Hermoso, limpio , el personal super agradable y servicial Además con cocheras y bien ubicado A 5 cuadras El Corte Inglés Un resto genial, a 3 cuadras que recomendó gente del hotel"

Parador De Tui

10/10 Excellent

"The only constructive criticism I could provide is that the music in the bar area and dining room could have been more appropriate to the setting."

Alma Candida

10/10 Excellent

"What a lovely clean place to stay. Room was small but had everything I needed. Lovely hot shower and nice location, out the way but quiet and peaceful."

Quinta do Caminho

10/10 Excellent

"The property was very peaceful and conducive to rest, and both the room and grounds were clean and well-maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we truly felt at home. We were able to go for a swim in the pool and enjoy a drink in the evening in the outdoor bar area."

Hotel Miramar

8/10 Good

"Nice Hotel, close to a beautiful beach and on the Camino, great staff and breakfast"

Ribeira Collection Hotel by Piamonte Hotels

8/10 Good

"Nice hotel on the river, rooms are spacious but there are better options at better rates"

Hotel O Pazo

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful place and grounds are beautiful. I had an attic room, it had a slant to deal with but other than that the break hasn’t and dinner were really nice . Would recommend. Not for kids. Close to bus lines and the celta stadium. A few parks close by which are really nice but a little more than 20 min walk."
