"I had the loveliest stay at Hotel Delga. The location is great - everything's walkable; the room was fantastic - clean, spacious, and quiet; the host is lovely - tremendously helpful; and Gaillac itself was serene - you really get to unplug from the bustle that inevitably comes with bigger cities.
I would absolutely return here and suggest anyone going to bigger cities add a weekend getaway on at the backend of that. Castelnau-de-Montmiral was an especially lovely trip outside of Gaillac -...
