"We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking. We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all. The apartment is very nice and the location good. However, we found it difficult to use the oven as there were no oven...

Communication was excellent—the owner was extremely helpful before check-in and throughout our entire stay. There was also an elevator, which made it very convenient to move heavy suitcases.
