"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the airport, but a bit tricky to find access because it is gated. We ended up grabbing a cab River we’re at reception within 5 minutes. The property is really nice and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of food. We only stayed one night on a layover to catch our resort bus to our final destination. We will be staying there on our the night before we depart the Philippines. Highly recommended."
"1st night late arrival room BA5 had literally more than 100 ants in the bathroom, the deadbolt did not lock, and the hot water was only warm. We were changed the next day to a very nice lagoon front room with no problems. The only minor disappointment during our stay was that breakfast buffets were only available on weekends, but we were given restaurant credits to make up for it. The staff provided excellent fast service in all circumstances. A must do is to walk around the entire lagoon path...
"The property was so terrible that I left after a few days rather than stay the full 25 days! No hot water and the windows leaked when it rained flooding the room!
