The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Mmy whole stay was perfect, the room was clean and warm. The rooftop restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly
