The best beach is the one at the Dome Beach hotel, really! It is sandy beach, and the water is clean and warm! I liked it a lot! In addition, the hotel offers a nice food, and a big variety of dishes, including 3 a-la-cart restaurants.

The staff from the front desk, to the restaurants were fantastic. Some of bar tenders at the Beach bar were not quite as helpful and sometimes quite rude. The gift shop is spot on, great prices and so very helpful. We don't normally buy from hotel gift shops because they are generally over inflated prices. But found if we needed things their prices were in-line with downtown or better. Enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment throughout. The room service was not good at all and resulted in our complaint for uncleanliness and lack of towel replacement and bed making. The staff were all very well mannered and polite and were always smiling and willing to talk and assist. The hotel beach is awful in respect of the water. The sandy beach is very good but to get into the water you need to navigate vast areas of sharp rocks !! not at all conducive for such a location, The public beach just 100 yards away was far far superior.

Not a 4 star. 2.5-3 star at best. I would avoid.

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star but is definitely more of a 3-star. Some parts of it were nice, but I found many other things done poorly, which detracted from the overall experience. We stayed for 6 nights on an all-inclusive package. We paid roughly 300 EUR per night, which was not good value. GOOD - Rooms were clean - Showers were good pressure and consistent hot water - The beach was never busy, and had some nice water. - Service overall in the hotel was nice, staff were friendly and proactive - Main pool was nice. BAD - We had all-inclusive, but they tried to charge us 2.50 EUR for a bottle of water to have in our room. They provided 1 bottle, and then you had to go to a single water refill station to refill everyday. The staff even said to not drink the tap water or use it for brushing teeth, usually in such places, the hotel provides bottled water. This was annoying, if we forgot at end of the night. - To rent towels, usually hotels provide a towel card to exchange, which if lost, then gets charged to your room for the missing towels. They provided a towel card where it stated this, but when we went to exchange it, they actually said the policy had changed and now required 20 EUR cash, which of course we didn't have on hand because we were staying at an all inclusive - Sunbeds for the hotels private beach are chargeable on weekends?! - The food was decent sometimes, pretty poor others. - There were just small upcharges for everything, which was annoying.

The hotel is nice, quite and the beach is very nice.It is great that you have tree restaurants to try a part from the buffet. The cleaning was sometimes not very gut. All together was a wonderful holiday

We slept here for our first night, lovely

We got to the Hotel and it was closed, we had to sleep on the streets for one night. Even though your email said it was open it wasn't, we had to find another Hotel the following day. Me and my friend felt homeless. I will never book with you again Hotels.com,Dean Ayling and Ashley Gilbert.

Almost everything was horrible at this hotel. Absolutely not worth the money apart from the location. I never would recommend it. This is a 1 star hotel, nothing to do with luxury. It looks like nobody is supervising what happens there and does care about it. This hotel is a joke

At first… the Hotel was clean and the furniture was okay but in my opinion not a 4* Hotel. The Location was good. In 20 Minuten you can arrive ayia Napa with bicycles. When we arrived we didn‘t got any information… Upon request, we were given a folder and said we would find all The Information in it. The staff wasn‘t really friendly or helpful. The Food was distigusting to be honest. It was cold and there was no variety. We are both vegeterian and we had literally just potatoes and Chips for lunch and Dinner. The breakfast was also Not worth it there were no Bread—spreads… just „hot“ Food life baked beans and sausages. The bread wasn‘t baked up ist was bright and dry. I wouldn‘t recommend it!

Trevlig och prisvärd resa. Kocken lagade särskilt vegetariskt. Fin buffé med variationer. Strandnära. Sköna sängar och fint poolområde. Stor gratis parkeringsplats. Lite off med en promenad på ca 500m till centrum. Mycket var stängt i november.

Fint hotell, men dårlig renhold.

Syns innsjekkingen tok litt for lang tid, måtte ventw nesten 1 time før riktig rom var klart. De i resepsjonen og i restauranten var kjempe hyggelig. Vaskingen var ikke bra, de byttet ut håndkle, men jeg måtte si fra 2 ganger for å få de til å bytte sengetøy etter ei hel uke. Tørket ikke over inne på vasken på bade og det var litt hastverk i rengjøringen. Bassengområdene var for det meste fulle og solsengene var okkupert av håndkle men sjelden noen som var der. Makronisos stranden ble vår plass og der hadde vi det supert. Maten var aldeles nydelig og variert både til lunsj og middag.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal car il est les pieds dans l'eau sur la magnifique plage de Makronissos (sable et mer turquoise ) Concernant le logement en lui-même, je suis mitigée car bien que le resort soit très propre et très bien entretenu; la nourriture est loin d'être digne d'un 4 étoiles: peu de choix pour les végétariens et de manière générale plats très répétitifs. Par ailleurs, je tiens à préciser que le personnel n’est pas accueillant ni souriant ce qui malheureusement ne m’a pas donné envie d’y revenir. Pour autant, j’ai passé un très beau séjour!

Das Hotel ha keine 4 Sterne verdient, höchstens 3. Es ist sehr schmutzig, stinkt und vieles ist kaputt. Das Essen ist immer gleich und schmeckt nicht so toll. Auch wenig Auswahl. Live Cooking gab es überhaupt nicht, obwohl es überall steht, auch in der Broschüre, die man beim Check In erhält. Tresor und Badetücher Depotgebühren. Das wird einem beim Check in nicht gesagt, man merkt es erst, wenn man den Safe brauchen möchte. Wir haben am zweiten Tag das Zimmer gewechselt, da die Balkontür kaputt war, im neuen Zimmer dann aber auch wieder. Den gleichen Safeschlüssel konnten wir für beide Tresor nutzen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr unfreundlich, auch wenn mans nicht versteht, merkt man dass sie lästern. Das Personal sonst ist nett.
