Terrible
We had a very disappointing experience with this apartment. From the moment we arrived, the unit smelled strongly of smoke, which was especially concerning since I was traveling with my pregnant wife and our 2-year-old.
The owner was completely inaccessible, and the management staff did not speak English. Every time we raised our concerns, we were told they would “get back to us,” but no one ever followed up.
Due to the unhealthy environment, we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation. Despite this, we were denied a refund and received no meaningful communication.
I do not recommend this property to anyone. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.
