"The lobby of this place smells like a nursing home, my room was hafr clean there was hair on everything and it's not safe my husband went to the desk to ask for my room and they told him without asking for id they didn't so who he was or called to check if I knew him or even wanted him to my room, just gave him the room number and told him to go up. Smh I'll never stay here again."

"I loved that there was a Starbucks down stairs and coffee was always made delicious and strong. There is a nice long great food and drink's. There was a funny smell in the hallways I think it was do to carpet but other than that great! Beds comfortable and so were the pillows. "

"Liz at the front desk was AMAZING! We arrived way before check in time & we were able to get into our room. Shuttle drivers were also very nice & very helpful. The room was very nice, very clean. It was a little concerning that housekeeping would try to come into the room each morning. There were no do not disturb signs or anything to put out on the door. Luckily we had the security lock on, because they tried to enter our room each morning. Breakfast....left a lot to be desired. We tried to go on Saturday morning. There were 4 people waiting at the pancake/egg station & no employee behind the counter helping them. About 10 minutes later, someone came over & said they were in the restroom. The bread/bagels were very dry. The yogurt station was a mess & mostly empty. We will definitely stay again, in warmer weather. We really want to use the pool. "
