"The room was clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was ok, one of the reasons we stayed there is because we saw they served turkey sausage but it was only available 2 days out of the 7 days we were there! Parking was good, but I thought parking was free for guest but when I got my receipt it showed I was charged $10 a day! I’m not sure if that will be credited back to me but other than that! My stay was amazing!!!"

"The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We paid for a suite, but our room wasn’t ready while our second room was. We were offered a “special” room without the living room area included in the suite we paid for. Once inside, we discovered there was no mini fridge, no ice bucket for the Arizona heat, and no hot running water.
We were never told we shared a common entry area with another room. Trying to be safe, we locked the entry door, not realizing it prevented our neighbors from entering. They repeatedly pounded...

"We had a wonderful stay! The indoor pool was a huge highlight—our kids absolutely loved it and had an amazing time swimming. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delicious and definitely a big plus. The rooms were very spacious, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. On top of that, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"It's a nice hotel and there is a rooftop bar. We were given vouchers for free margaritas, smoothies, and coffee for our stay. The margaritas were good, but the smoothie's were sugar bombs and undrinkable. They had free bottled waters in the mini fridge and $8 Evian on the counter. We were charged for the Evian even though we didn't touch it. Took several days and tried to get the hotel to reverse the charge and confirm it was refunded. A disappointing experience for a Westin."
