Though not one of Colorado's 58 Peaks over 14,000 feet, West Spanish Peak enjoys a great deal of prominence from its surroundings, making the 13,631 foot mountain the 12th most prominent in Colorado. "The hotel is currently under major construction! Flooring was being installed in the lobby during our stay and the property felt like a job site. Guests should be notified of renovations before booking. The bathrooms downstairs near lobby were out of order. The breakfast drinks were hot. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough as it felt like we were dancing around a job site. "
