"It's the third time we've stayed, the last was 6 years ago. Not as good as before, feels a bit tired. Booking direct on the website didn't work, and they never responded to email. Ok booking via Expedia, but subsequent contact was clunky, to say the least. It's a shame, should be (and has been) ..."

Great Service
"The front desk staff was amazing! We checked in during a rain storm and the hotel had been hit by lightning and their computers and they computers were out. The staff maintained their professionalism and got us in a room quickly. Thank you for your help"
