"Hacienda San Angel in PV is a luxury property in the truest sense of that term. By which I mean, the combination of site, staff, sensibility, and flexibility. Of course Puerto Vallarta has become a crazy salad of experiences and maybe that makes this place even more important because it is a remarkable retreat. I am hard-pressed to find a single point on which I could be critical. We will be back, again and again. "

"Fantastic location right around the corner from the thump thump of the gay bars but quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Jorge is a wonderful bartender and great guide. You could stay two weeks, eat at a different restaurant within two blocks for every meal, be perfectly satisfied with each one, and still not have scratched the surface. Also the whole area feels perfectly safe. "

"Wonderful stay. You can’t get a better locación for the price. Just a couple of blocks from the Malecon and close to so many restaurants and to the main plaza. Our room was spacious, comfortable and with all needed amenities. The included breakfast is quite complete, fruits, coffee, toast and a main dish to chose from. All the staff is amazing. "Check in was great, very clean room, comfortable bed. The free made to order breakfast was amazing! Karen Eveline is the waitress which takes very good care of you and the two ladies in the kitchen make the most delicious breakfast. Omelettes, fresh fruit, waffles, yoghurt , toast, cooked to order eggs plus there were many other Mexican dishes on the menu. Definitely will be coming back."
