"This old hotel is simple yet reliable and the staff must be family- at least the place feels like a home. We did have a small battle with ants but we did have food in our room so that was no surprise to this long time PV visitor.
Every request we had was quickly addressed by the lovely camaristas- fresh towels, water, etc. I LOVE this place."

"We stayed there in May and got one of the best room on the third floor. We had a wonderful view of the church and a partial ocean view. The best thing was a location. Just in the middle of everything! Pretty close to the beaches, the Malecon, cafes, a fruit store etc. We could even see fireworks from our balcony every night. The room was clean, the water was hot, breakfasts were amazing, and the staff were very friendly! I definitely recommend staying there!"

"The front desk reception was incredibly rude ! In particular the2 females with glasses .when I landed from Canada I was so hot with heat exhaustion- I literally begged for a water and was told “ this is not all inclusive go down the street and get one !!!”
I’m allergic to feathers and even though they speak English just fine they REFUSED to give me other pillows !!!
Fridge was not working —- was promised a beutiful view —- room had no balcony and overlooked dirt and overgrown weeds .
