"C était excellent"

"We had an incredible stay, the staff were always helpful and nothing was too much. A real treat of a week and couldn't fault it. Comfortable rooms, beds, great shower. Good to share, the shopping area (with alternative restaurants and bars) is close by and the nicer beach max 30min walk again with some lovely places to eat and have sundowners. Thank you to all the staff and we would definitely visit again."

"Convenient location. Good value. Limited choice for breakfast nearby."

"Bastante cerca del centeo histórico. He encontrado a faltar aire acondicionado pese a que había ventilador en techo y temperaturas mas o menos agradables"

"A good hotel close to the port."

"Mitten in der Altstadt, hochmodern ausgestattet. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand."

"Bei Ankunft nur spanisch sprechendes Personal aber total hilfsbereit und bemüht (rudimentäre Kenntnisse vorhanden), sehr sauberes Zimmer inkl Bad, leider etwas hellhörig"

"Lovely modern hotel with very helpful, welcoming staff. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely return! Recommend!"

"The room location was great..top floor with a balcony ..but I didn’t splurge for the harbor view, so it overlooked the neighborhood and partial view of the ocean, which is what we expected. The problem was a real deal breaker..the Air Conditioning was not working in the entire building and it was so miserable in our room. They did offer and delivered a small fan to us, but it was useless..just moved the hot air around. Also both days I went to use the pool , once it was closed for chemical...

"One of the staff was working last Friday in the morning shift but I don’t know her name but she was very helpful and kindly helpful because I asked her many times about the location near the Hotel to go with the shuttle to the airport…really I appreciate her help and patience thank you very much"

"Staff made the difference"

"Close to the beach, even the neighborhood is not what it used to be, closeness to the most important Palma Bech (las Canteras) is the top. People at the hotel is super nice, do not"

"Muy mala noche no se puede dormir, imposible, habitación en primera planta lado de playa muy ruidoso .. mesas ,sillas de restaurante sobre todo cuando van a cerrar a la 1 de la noche, gente gritando. Esa noche ni dormí."

"We thought we would get a suite. That was the name of the kind of room we booked. It was a small room with the toilet inside just separated from the bed area with a half wall and some glass. It was not nice at all. "

"Flat kept in poor state with blocked bathroom sink on arrival(given chemical to unblock andfixed) also the only window to outside broken amd not able to close resultimg in air con being of very limited helpmamd quite noisy particularly at night. Also sofa ded was extremely dirty and had a broken piece of metal sticking out which could have resulted inan injury. Walls in mediocre state with many stains and marks and linen ever changed in a 2 week stay despite requests( only towels after asking)...
