Listing suggested there was no washing machine but there was one in the apartment. "We had a fantastic stay at the Hard rock hotel. The facilities were excellent 3 very good pools with plenty of beds and music. The entertainment on the evening’s was very good but it only lasted an hour, and the drinks were very very expensive. The rooms were very modern and the cleaning was spotless, but we did have have a cockroach in our room on one occasion. That did not spoil our stay though because we were looked after very well by all the staff throughout our stay."

"We have returned to the Abama to celebrate our anniversary. We have had a wonderful stay and have received nothing but exceptional service in all departments. A special mention to Fran and Isabelle who recovered my husband’s luggage with his medication as the wrong case was off loaded. Sorted out clothes for him and collected the case on our behalf from the airport. On our arrival cava and a sumptuous cake awaited us in our room. We had a lovely meal at the El Mirador on our anniversary with a personalised desert . I can’t thank the staff enough for a very memorable evening. We stayed in the adults only retreat which I can highly recommend,peaceful attentive pool staff who repositioned the parasol throughout the day and served drinks. The retreat facilities were lovely as were all the staff. Thank you to Iria for her kindness on our last day. Breakfast staff Tamara, Fabian, Adrienne, Elizabeth, Laura thank you for your cheery welcome and for knowing our names from the moment of our arrival. A visit you won’t forget and I am looking forward to our next stay. Excellent cocktails."
