"The hotel is fine. The aircon was great (heatwave when we were there). Good room with a fridge, so in general happy with the room. We didn't go to the spa, so I don't know how that is. "Stayed with family, loved the room, comfy beds. Stayed in the family room. Kids didn’t like sleeping on the top bunks, so parents had to! Beds were lovely and comfy. Food was lovely. Staff really friendly and helpful. Lovely amenities."

"Good location, walking distance to train station and coach station. A bus stop and supermarket are right down stairs. Things are clean and in good conditions. It is also near key things to see, such as Roman Bath and shopping areas. It would be even better if they have a washer in the room."

"Well, we got a upgrade on our package, and it was the best time we ever had anywhere in britain. Definitely down for the best experience staying somewhere in britain, we've ever had. "Great Location but a bit tired and the oven was faulty which made cooking impossible. The fridge/ Freezer was in need of defrosting. Communal washing machine hard to find. Needed a deep clean. Great location saved it."
