We were greeted as right away, the room was clean and had nice Welcome Home pillow cases on the bed. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The staff was very helpful in that they retrieved a ball that my boy got stuck on the rooftop. I was surprised that they did this. Too bad there was no restaurant in the building, however overall it was a good experience.
