"Good apartments in excellent condition. Very well located close to the main Railway station. So good for transport options. Supermarkets are nearby for food, and plenty of eating places. Having stayed at a few Adina properties previously i was a bit surprised about the lack of cooking equipment and no nespresso machine. Bit disappointing. The reception were happy to loan pots and pans etc, but odd it wasn't already in the apartment. Likewise no teabags or instant coffee in the apartment....

"A gem in the new development area right by the Wien Hbf. Easy and convenient access to town, the room has all amenities we needed, small kitchenette but well equip, with washer and dryer in the room. We will definitely come back and stay here again. "

"Very good location, 5 mins walk to St Stephen’s church and Stadt park. Easy access to public transport and local supermarket. Kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings."

"These apartments are very safe, clean and have all the amenities needed for a family visit. I traveled with my two daughters so having a nice area to prepare meals is a must for me. Everything I needed for our short stay was included. Staff is very professional, and instructions to access the apartment are very clear. We walked back to the hotel from the Main Square at night and it felt safe to do so. "

"Jimmy's Emerald apartment was perfect for our stay. It was modern, clean, the bed was super-comfy, the kitchen had everything you might need, and it was lovely not to have to worry about keys (key codes were sent on the day of arrival). We didn't use the shared residents lounge. The location was between 2 subway stops - perfect for getting around Vienna. It was also less than a 30-minute walk to the centre. Spar and Billa supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Fully recommend!"

"Eine gut zu empfehlende Unterkunft in einem bunten Stadtteil mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Mit der U1 (unmittelbar vor der Haustür) in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Haus 2 ist ruhiger, da Innenhoflage. Insgesamt neuer Zustand und alles sauber. Gerne wieder! "
