"Shops very close. Staff were helpful with local information. Clean room ."

"Apparently the check in times in Tuscany are very rigid. You must check in within the stated hours or else be subject to room cancellation. That being said, we made it in at the alotted hour. There is no staff on site until the stated check in hours, so checking in early is impossible. There appeared to only be one staff person who did not speak much English. He was nice and helpful enough. The complimentary breakfast was suprisingly good! Fresh coffee and cappuccino, warm fresh...

"Great property and staff that were nice and attentive. I would advocate for more services"

"Fantastic all around experience. The rooms were beautiful and clean and this unique mix of rustic modern Italian styling. Located right in the heart of the old city made it very easy to walk everywhere. The service was fantastic, I was able to message the team and within a minute I got the help and had my questions answered. I’d definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful setting, stunning views, incredible pool and gardens and so easy to jump on the bus into the city."

"They were very helpful to me when I arrived. I difficulty accessing there messages to me. They put me at ease"

"Good quiet location and very nice rooms. Do not miss the restaurant, it is excellent! Not far from Florence and an excellent place to recover."

"The property has no receptionist 24/7. I have to pay 35 euro just call this owner to check us in. Very rude too. You have to carry all your bags from the parking lot. Parking is way too far from that place. Breakfast not good too. I won’t recommended this place. Nothing but negative!!!"
