"Staff were friendly. There are alot of homeless out in the mall. Glad of the card access to get into the building as use lift. It's within walking distance to the waterfront and Beatles story. The booking was made with laundry access in mind. Both floors had one washing machine out of action. The following day my washing machine failed, putting on a 15 minute wash became 90 minutes with no spin and then on spin separately that failed. "Very clean and convenient location; super helpful staff available 24/7. The only very minor downside is that the property is right downtown so it can be loud on a Friday or Saturday night (noise from the street) and inside, the doors aren't very sound proof so you can hear all the hallway noise. Bring earplugs!"

"Very good sized rooms, clean and great that there was a little of everything to get you started in the room Be good to understand when the pre deposit would be sent back to account as check out was 10am and still nothing returned. Other than that the stay was brilliant and if in Liverpool again. I would look at these apartments again "

"El check in fue perfecto , la recepcionista me explico todo con detalle , los lugares que podía visitar , el procedimiento para entrar y salir , números de teléfono , es decir , todo lo que necesita un turista en un lugar que no conoce. El apartamento estaba totalmente equipado y muy limpio. Descansé muy bien porque la cama es muy cómoda . La estación de tren está a diez minutos andando , todo muy bien comunicado , parada de autobuses también a diez minutos de los apartamentos . "

"Great property right in the centre of the city, very accessible with a lift. Unfortunately this meant that it was quite noisy at times, including at night. Very convenient however to all Liverpool has to offer."

"Lovely place to stay, Could of done with being cleaner as i did have to wipe alot of things down because of the grime, Instructions would of been nice as we couldn’t work the hot tub properly and there was no hot water, Also could only get netflix on the tv as it would not allow us on anything else. With their being residents also there was alot of outside noise."

"Excellent location. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, kettle, toaster, fridge & freezer, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. On a busy street so be prepared for the outside noise coming into apt but we were out a lot so didn’t bother us; earplugs were provided which was a nice touch! Takeaway on corner opposite did the nicest pizza & bar below apartments did a lovely fry! "

"Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. "
