"Housekeeping, basic supplies, and staff availability could definitely be improved. Staff were rarely seen, and throughout our stay, there were no changes of towels or bed linens, nor was soap replenished. We only managed to get fresh towels once, when we happened to encounter a staff member taking out the trash and asked her directly for replacements.
For stays, such as ours (one week), we believe the property should provide an adequate stock of essential supplies, including toilet paper, clean...

"The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again."
